Dear esteemed guest, we are thrilled to have you here & glad you choose HBH to show you Hollywood beach. We strive to provide excellent service, while being the finest boutique hotel on the beach. Your leisure is important to us. Below is a set of guidelines/policies to make your stay even more delightful.

1.)  Housekeeping - Housekeeping - Housekeeping is ONLY offered between 10am-12pm. We refresh your room upon request. Towels are exchanged, trash is removed, floor is swept & mopped. Fresh linens are available upon REQUEST ONLY AT FRONT DESK. The Housekeeping staff also does not wash dishes or cookware left dirty.

2.) Pools - There are five pools open only for our guest. The hours of operation are from 9am to 9pm. Guest will be asked to vacate the pool/deck area after hours of operation.

3.) Parking - Guests are welcome to park in any of our designated areas of our properties for a fee of $18.00 plus tax. Please make sure your parking permit is visible from your rear-view mirror or dashboard of your vehicle for easy identification. All permits are valid till 11am on check out date, codes do expire without renewal. If you would like to extend your parking for a brief time, please refer to the receptionist area, parking after hours is UPON AVAILABILITY. Failure to abide by these by no permit, pass due permit, or not informing an agent will result in a tow of your vehicle at your own expense. Parking permits can be purchase upon check-in.

4.) Office Store - If you are hungry for a snack, need something for lunch or dinner, the items in the convenience shop (located inside our office) are available for you 24/7.

5.) Laundry facilities are in select properties. The cost of one load is 16 quarters, one to wash & one to dry. Our office can exchange money for quarters to use at the machines.

6.) Bicycle rentals are available from 8am to 6pm. A $150.00 CASH deposit per bike is required. Rentals are limited if they are not returned by 6 pm you are liable for it. If lost deposit is forfeited. Bikes can only be returned from the hours listed above.

7.) Internet - WE OFFER IT, AND IT IS INCLUDED WITH THE HOTEL FEE. Please keep the passcode that we give to yourself & your party only.

8.) Check-out - REGULAR CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11AM. Late check-out options are upon availability excluded but not limited to; Monday to Thursday $35.00 plus tax until 2 pm, 55$ plus tax until 4 pm and Friday to Sunday $55 plus tax until 2 pm, $75 plus tax until 4pm. Guest who do not inform a front desk agent that does not check out by 3pm will be charged automatically for another night as you will be considered a stay over. Your card will be charged the current rate available online.

9.) Smoking - Our rooms are SMOKE-FREE and there is a smoking fee of $250.00 for smoking inside the room.

10.) Pets are NOT allowed and there is a penalty of $250.00 for bringing pets onto the property.

11.) All charges are final and we do not offer any REFUNDS for early check-out or cancellations.

11.) Breakfast BREAKFAST is being served 8 AM TO 10 AM at CASA PELLEGRINO.

12.) Ice & Vending - The ice and vending machines are located at the same location as the front desk, and the address can be found on the Google Map provided by the hotel. Additionally, the hotel has an office store that offers snacks and other food items, available 24/7 and located within the same area as the front desk.

13.) Forgotten items in the room -All personal items left in the room will be kept in the hotel storage for a maximum period of 10 days. After that time, if they have not been claimed, they will be donated or thrown in the trash. Since we do not have a large storage space, thank you for your understanding.
