A king and two queens at the Palm and Ocean Villas; two queens and a sofa bed at the Sunrise, Casa Pellegrino and Del Mar; a king, a queen and a sofa bed at the Swan, Blue Wave, OceanSide and SunBeach Inn. Day to day ## The parts of a month you stop noticing, because they work A long stay is made of small routines. Breakfast is on us every morning, 7:45 to 9:15, in the dining room at Casa Pellegrino. The five heated pools are open 9am to 9pm, and any guest may use any of them. The coin laundry is in the Seagull, the check-in building, 16 quarters a load, and the desk makes change. Housekeeping refreshes your room on request between 10am and noon. The store at the front desk is open 24 hours, and the Wi-Fi is free throughout. - BBQ grills for guest use, and beach towels at the desk. - A golf cart between the desk and your building, and baggage storage on arrival and departure days. - Bikes to rent on the property for the 2.2-mile Broadwalk, 9am to 9pm. Who stays a month ## Snowbirds, remote workers, and families who want a base Winter guests come for November to April: the weather, the Broadwalk in the evening, thoroughbred racing at Gulfstream Park from December to April, and Miami or Fort Lauderdale an easy day trip in either direction. Remote workers take a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and a pool between calls. Families take an apartment and use it as the base for a South Florida month: the Everglades one day, South Beach the next, and home to their own kitchen by dinner. A load is 16 quarters, one to wash and one to dry, and the front desk makes change. ### Is housekeeping included on a long stay? Housekeeping refreshes your room on request between 10am and noon: towels exchanged, trash removed, floors swept and mopped. Fresh linens are available on request at the front desk. ### Is parking included? Parking is $18 plus tax per day, with a permit issued at check-in.
